Description

Langtang valley trekking is situated in the north of Kathmandu. It is one of the most popular trekking areas in Nepal, as the trekking to the area offers a multitude of trekking destinations. Langtang valley lies at the south of the Tibetan border, is sandwiched between the main Himalayan range to the north and a slightly lower range of snowy peaks to the south. Langtang Lirung (7246m) lies to the north; Gang Chhenpo(6388m) and Naya Kanga ri (5846m) lie to the south and Dorje Lakpa(6966m) at the east of the valley.

Langtang valley trekking is mainly to have trek in the remote but the most amazing valley of Langtang region, where you can have an exciting moment at high mountain lakes Gosainkund and the beautiful valley ‘ Helambu’ and you can also visit the Langtang National park and then have a trek to the end of the valley to view wonderful ice flutes of Gyangchempo, we frequently makes trip to this area, as it has been one of the demanded and well-loved trekking routes in the country.

    Arrival, Our representatives will receive you at the Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu and take you to the hotel refreshment and briefing Langtang valley trekking package itinerary. You will spend the comforting night at the hotel.

      Altitude : 1300m

    This day, you will be taken to the day-long Exploration tour around Kathmandu Valley. Visits include shrines at Pashupatinath, Swayambhunath (also known as Monkey Temple) and Bouddhanath and Durbar Squares of Basantapur and other two nearby amazing cities of Patan and Bhaktapur. Most of the sites you will be visiting on the second day are enlisted in the UNESCO world heritage list. You will return to the hotel back in the evening and you will meet your trekking staff for Langtang valley trekking

      Altitude : 1850m

    SyabruBesi is the initial point for trekking in Langtang valley. It takes about 7 to 8 hours drive to cover 117 km from Kathmandu to SyabruBesi. En route, we can enjoy the scenic views of the mountain and rice terrains. SyabruBesi bazaar is cramped with lodges and hotels. We will reside for a night in any one of them.

    We will depart from the main road and lower down to a camping area via the route opposite to the Hotel Village View. The trail further prolongs through the suspension bridge over Bhote Koshi and ascends to Thulo Syabru before crossing a bridge over Langtang Khola. Later the trail leads to set of six lodges at Changtang which goes by the name of Lama Hotel where we will stay overnight.

      Altitude : 3420m

    A short ascent up the hill will take us to the trail that opens up in Langtang valley. The valley offers the breathtaking scenery of Langtang Lirung. Later we will pass through a forest to reach the meadow where yak and the wild goats can be seen grazing. We will stay in beautiful Langtang valley overnight

      Altitude : 3880m

    Leaving the Langtang Valley, we will clamber uphill all the way to Sindum and Yamphu. Later the route takes us through Laja Khola to arrive at a viewpoint which provides the panoramic views of Kyanjin Gompa and icefall from Lirung and Kinshung. Below to the viewpoint exists Kyanjin Gompa where we will stay overnight.

      Altitude : 5033m

    On the 7th day, we will take a well-deserved rest from trekking and ease up our stiff muscles. Kyanjin Gompa offers splendid views of Langtang Lirung, Genjempol and Kenga Himal ranges. The cheese factory, Buddhist monastery and Tsergo Ri (5033m) are other sites which you would like visiting. mostly we recommended for Tsergo Ri Hike, which provides you with a stunning view of mountains and when you be on the top of Tsergo Ri Unbelievable mountains will surround you

    After having your breakfast you start to get down, This is a day to back Lama Hotel with view of Langtang valley and different escape of mountains

      Duration : 5hrs

    this is a day to end your walking in Himalaya wilderness after arrived in Syabrubesi our trekking starting point after 5 hours walk.
